Build 17004 for PC in fast ring
As, Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (RS3) is coming, Release date of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update – October 17, 2017, Microsoft is also focusing on Insider Builds for next major update which is be code-named RS4.
A another build of Windows 10 Insider Build for RS4 Release (who opted for skip ahead), Build 17004 is released.
Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17004 for PC has nothing major new feature as team is focusing on final development and bug fixes of RS3 product which is scheduled for 17th October, 2017.
There is significant change in color schema.
In this Build, Start menu will have more detailed color and fluent design.

There are improvement in Microsoft Edge and many general improvement.
Microsoft Edge has many bug fixes like opening hyperlink with Ctrl+Click not working inside PDF document. Similarly, pressing Ctrl+F to search was not focusing at search box and many more.
