A new product Mi TV Stick is hinted to launch with Mi 10 in India. We have earlier shared news that Xiaomi is launching Mi 10 5G in India on 8th May 2020. Now Xiaomi has hinted that a new product will also be launched with Mi 10 smartphone.
Mi 10 5G Launch in India
Xiaomi has shared a tweet and it hints towards new product that will turn your traditional TV into Smart TV. Well, the only thing that can convert your TV into Smart TV is TV Box or Stick.
This product will also launch with Mi 10 5G on 8th May 2020 and if believed below leak as correct, it is definitely Mi TV Stick.
Mi TV Stick Launch Schedule
Mi TV Stick is scheduled to release in May for Europe, but it seems India is getting it first. Also, as Xiaomi’s Mi TV are now one of most sold smart TVs in India and they have good and stable software for Smart TV users, these will not be any difficulty brining product based on the same software.
Specifications of Mi TV Stick
There is no wording or any hint about what hardware it will consist. We will update this once we get idea about the actual hardware of Mi TV Stick. For general assumption, we expect this to come with better hardware than Amazon Fire TV Stick as it has to directly compete with Amazons stablished product.
Pricing
Well, again this is not mentioned anywhere. Xiaomi Mi TV Box S with 4K is priced at $109 and is selling around $75 in Gearbest. If we look at pricing of Fire TV Stick, it will be priced around INR 2999 as per our calculations.
Well, these are just assumptions, let’s wait till tomorrow for official pricing and specifications or Mi TV Stick or whatever they call this new product.
