Samsung is developing 600 MP camera, challenging Human Eye

As all of us know Samsung plays a major role in developing camera sensor.Now in the company website it has revealed to develop 600 MP camera which will deliver more than a human eye can see.

As we know a human eye is considered around 500 MP, now Samsung wants to take challenge to compete it with 600 MP Camera.

Samsung is Upcoming with 600 MP camera which can capture more than a Human Eye.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with its ISOCELL Bright HM1 sensor with the ISOCELL Bright HMX can output 108 MP images which is also used in Xiaomi Mi Note 10.

Yongin Park, EVP Head of sensor Business team has published an article in Samsung website that they are planning for developing a 600 MP sensor which is more effective than a human eye can capture.

He further mentioned that small pixel can reduce the quality,so Now they need to balance between the pixel size and Resolution.

He also mentioned that Samsung is also developing camera for autonomous vehicles and Drones.

To date, the major applications for image sensors have been in the smartphones field, but this is expected to expand soon into other rapidly-emerging fields such as autonomous vehicles, IoT and drones.
