If you have already installed Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14393, you should have already got update “Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3176929)” update and you are already running Windows 10 Anniversary Update. 
But, if you have not installed earlier builds or you are not Insider, here is step by step to how to update your Windows 10 PC to latest Anniversary Update.
Step 1: Visit Microsoft Windows 10 Update History Page. Scroll just below the page and your will find a button Get Anniversary Update now.
