Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19608 brings Drag & Drop support for file exchange on Phone App to supported Samsung phone models.

This feature will be available on Your Phone app version 1.20032.104 onward. So, it might take few days to hit updates based on your market.
Messages page in Your Phone app when connected is also redesigned and now looks cool.
Apart from this, UI of Phone app is also updated.
